Budgens opens to shoppers

Magna Square has reached another major milestone, with Budgens brand-new store now open and ready to welcome customers. The shop is situated on the corner of Station Road North and High Street.

The new store will provide residents with more choice when shopping locally, enabling them to purchase fresh produce quickly and easily. Budgens will open 24-hours a day, seven days a week and has created 14 new jobs in the local area.

The retailer returns to a spacious and modern retail unit, taking on more space in the process. The old store was approximately 2,500 sq ft whilst the new shop stands at 3,400 sq ft, providing more space for fresh produce and every-day items.

Work is moving at pace behind the scenes as internal fit out and design continues for new restaurants, retailers, and show homes. The development is set to complete later this year with several new businesses due to open.
