AS Retail, the boutique retail and leisure agency practice, has been appointed by Runnymede Borough Council as the commercial leasing agent for Magna Square.

AS Retail was founded in 2015 by Andrew Shepherd and are currently leasing various projects in Surrey including Brightwells Yard in Farnham, Tunsgate Quarter in Guildford and Addlestone One, Addlestone.

Andrew Shepherd commented “We are delighted to have been selected as Runnymede Borough Council’s leasing partner on this exciting regeneration project. Magna Square is a superbly conceived, relevant development which will add a new dimension to Egham’s commercial offering.
